Cancellation Rights
You may cancel your order within 14 days from the date you receive the goods. You are not required to provide a reason for cancellation. To cancel, please notify us clearly of your decision by:

Once your cancellation request is processed, we will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the order. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.
• The goods are in their original packaging.
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
• Custom-made or personalized goods.
• Products that are perishable or have passed their expiry date.
• Goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
• Items that, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other products.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods to us. Please use a reliable and trackable service to ensure safe delivery. We cannot process refunds for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

Gift Returns
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the product was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
